He is one of the prominent gospel artist in the Gambia, And has won so many gospel musical awards. He became the first gospel artist and first award winner in the history of Gambia gospel music and was awarded three awards in one night at the first ever gospel music awards 2017/2018, as the, “Best gospel artist of the year”, “Best gospel song of the year”, and “Best gospel album of the year”.
