Ukraine-based Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, vocalist and recording artiste, Prospero returns with the release of a new breathe taking music video, titled: “True Love”.
When Asked About the song, Prospero He Says;
“The song ‘True Love’ was born out of a desire to express the real meaning of love as it should be among-st humans. The idea of love, in our modern day society has been soiled with many wrong ideologies, concepts and acts, such that love is now restricted to sexual activities, exchange of material things, etc. So the song aims at teaching what true love is, and how it should be expressed among-st humans. The concept was birthed on the Valentine’s day of 2017, having seen how couples (both married and unmarried) restrict their love to material and physical things.
Sex in this modern era is the sign of love. Buying her a big car, or something expensive means love. People seem to have forgotten that LOVE IS FOUND MORE IN THE SMALL THINGS THAN BIG THINGS. True Love is shown, when you check up on people, be there when they need you, care about them, be their strength in their weakness, encourage and pray for them. Every other thing, such as sex and material things, are only secondary, and do not mean love on their own.”
The Music Video “True Love” serves as a follow-up to his 2018 hit track “Only You”, featuring Avy (Evidence Anozie), PH-based gospel artiste.
